1. Exchange Policy
Customers have the right to exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt as indicated on the invoice, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the right to exchange extends up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
All product accessories (warranty, accessories, invoice) must be intact and included in the original packaging.
Exchange requests will not be accepted if the product has been subjected to negligence, misuse, breakage, or scratching.
Steps to Request an Exchange:
Send a clear photo or video of the product showing the issue through the official communication channels of the website.
Contact a customer service representative, who will register the request and issue a return waybill within 48 hours.
The product will be inspected by the warranty and maintenance department to assess its condition and determine the appropriate action (exchange or repair).
The customer will be notified of the inspection result and the action taken.
2. Warranty Policy
All our products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.
The product will be inspected and serviced by the warranty department within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product.
The product, its packaging, and accessories must not have been damaged or lost.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, misuse, breakage, or scratching.
Steps to Request Warranty Service:
Send a photo or video clearly showing the issue with the product through the official communication channels.
Contact a customer service representative to create a maintenance request and issue a waybill within 48 hours.
The product will be inspected by the warranty department for technical evaluation.
After the maintenance is completed, the customer will be contacted to arrange for the return of the product.
Important Notes:
After the warranty period (6 months) has expired, the customer will bear all maintenance and shipping costs.
The cost of maintenance will be determined based on the technical report from the relevant department after inspection.
The general terms and conditions of the website apply to all maintenance and exchange processes.
3. Return Policy
We regret that products cannot be returned after receipt, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed by a technical report.
The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method after reviewing the product and confirming its condition.
